Cool Mountain Transport Is the Newest Member of EPA’s SmartWay Program

Nampa, ID – Cool Mountain Transport, one of the Intermountain West’s premier transportation companies of food products, was just named the newest member of EPA’s SmartWay program. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Nampa, Idaho, the company is a leading asset-based over-the-road trucking company that provides refrigerated and dry van transportation services to leading food services companies and agricultural producers throughout the United States.

“Registered SmartWay Carrier Partners measure, benchmark, and track their efforts to increase efficiency and fuel economy and have the documentation to prove it, giving them an advantage with prospective and current clients,” according the EPA’s SmartWay website.
